Christian Life Radio

Christian Life Radio plays a mix of “Light & Easy Music” from 5 decades. Part of “The Historic Preservation of Recorded Christian Music Project”.

If you lived in or visited South-west Florida between 1978 and 1996, you may remember the original Christian Life Radio. Former station manager Bill Simon was considered by those who knew and worked with him, one of the most respected and dedicated station managers in Christian Radio and it was Bill who initially implemented the Christian Life Radio name. Community Net Vision’s President Ron Maxwell worked under Bill’s leadership as WSOR’s station music director.

In 1996, WSOR was purchased by the Moody Bible Institute of Chicago and the format was changed. Christian Life Radio’s Ron Maxwell then went on to serve as national music director of the Moody Broadcasting Network until 2004. The entire music library of the original Christian Life Radio was digitally preserved and since August 2007 those songs have been broadcast on-line in conjunction with the Historic Preservation of Recorded Christian Music project.

Today, Christian Life Radio has individuals listening from every Country and Territory in the world, that are hearing the Good News of Jesus through Music and the Word 24//7 and lives are being changed.  You can help keep this radio ministry outreach to continue with your monthly or one time financial gift.  Christian Life Radio is accountable to a Board of Directors who are of the highest character integrity, who will ensure that your financial gift will only be used for the Glory of God to further this ministry.  Thank you for being part of our listening family.

Your station played pivotal role in reminding me of God's love and promises and is a constant source of encouragement, comfort and praise. It is left playing all day at home and at work.
