Ron Maxwell  |  Founder/President

Ron Maxwell is the visionary founder and president of Community Net Vision, Inc., home to Christian Life Radio, Cape Christian Radio, and Beyond Country Radio. In Christian radio since 1984, Ron blends decades of experience, creativity, and faith to reach audiences worldwide. He also leads the Christian Music Preservation Project®, dedicated to archiving thousands of recordings for future generations. His vision extends into pioneering app platforms designed to reshape how Christian music is discovered, shared, and experienced in the digital era.

Tony Cheng  |  Vice President

Tony Cheng is co-founder and serves as Vice President of Community Net Vision, Inc., where he provides strategic oversight for technology and operations supporting Cape Christian Radio, Christian Life Radio, Beyond Country, and the Christian Music Preservation® Project. With a background in IT infrastructure engineering and cloud systems, Tony designed and maintains the ministry’s 24/7 systems infrastructure that connects streaming servers, automation workflows, and secure data management. He makes recommendations and implemented a networking/security infrastructure to ensure secure and reliable connectivity.  Tony also oversees server stability, hardware upgrades, and real-time monitoring systems that improve listener experience and uptime. He serves from Sunnyvale, California.

Mayda Cruz-Maxwell  | Treasurer

Mayda Cruz-Maxwell, wife of Ron Maxwell, has decades of experience in not-for-profit mission work, serving in administration and bookkeeping roles with ministries providing food and care for low-income children. A founding board member, she continues to volunteer as Director of Content, providing daily devotional postings, and assists with music programming for the ministry. Mayda and Ron make their home in Hernando, Florida.

Pei Pei Khoo  |  Board Secretary

Pei Pei Khoo serves as Board Secretary for Community Net Vision, Inc. She lives in Malaysia and first connected with Christian Life Radio as a listener in 2013, later becoming one of the ministry’s early donors. In her first email she described Christian Life Radio as “my partner almost 24/7/365,” sharing how the station strengthened and motivated her in her Christian Walk amid daily challenges. Her commitment has grown from listener to leader, applying her skills and talents to assist in organizing the Christian Music Preservation® (CMP) database and contributing strategically to the ministry’s business planning.

Kate Bruington |  Board Member

With decades of experience spanning television news anchoring to her many years as a morning show host at Moody Radio, Kate brings both professionalism and creativity to the ministry. As one of the founding board members, she has contributed visionary ideas that continue to shape the direction of our work. Kate also generously volunteers her talent, providing voice work for our radio streams. She serves remotely from Redding, California.

Phil Stockdale  |  Web Administrator/Royalties Coordinator

Phil Stockdale first discovered Christian Life Radio as a listener in the UK and, in January 2012, reached out to share how the station had helped him grow in faith. In that same message, he offered to help improve the ministry’s website—a step that began his long and faithful service.

Since then, Phil has become our longest-serving volunteer, building our first professional website and working behind the scenes to keep vital elements running, from online giving to station players and music royalty reports. His technical skill and commitment to excellence ensure that issues are not only addressed but resolved with care.

Its clear God brought Phil to our ministry family, where his service has been an essential blessing for more than a decade.

Dan Magnussen  |  On-Air Host

Dan Magnussen is a volunteer radio host for Christian Life Radio and Beyond Country, where he is heard on weekends. He came to faith as a teenager and soon discovered a passion for broadcasting. God led Dan into radio, and he went on to serve as Station Manager, Program Director, and Afternoon Personality at the WAY-FM Network. He also has experience in news, creative audio production, and continuity management at stations in North Carolina, Ohio, and Kentucky, and worked with Promise Keepers. Today he applies his broadcasting background to Christian Life Radio, Beyond Country and the Christian Music Preservation® Project, helping share encouragement and impact through music and ministry. Dan lives in the Dallas, Texas area.

Jan Markowitz  |  On-Air Host

 Jan Markowitz, a 2014 Broadcaster Hall of Fame Inductee, has served as a radio host, program director, producer, voice-over talent, and conference speaker throughout her distinguished career. She has worked with Moody Radio Cleveland, WNPQ The Light, and Salem Communications–Cleveland, holding roles from music director and production manager to news reporter and public service director. Today, Jan continues to share her gifts as an on-air volunteer, hosting Sunday Praise on Christian Life Radio.

Christian Szostak – Intern

Christian has been a dedicated part of the Christian Music Preservation Project® team, contributing countless hours to the careful extraction and digitization of more than 50,000 audio tracks from CDs. His detailed work also includes scanning and organizing album artwork and inserts—an essential part of preserving Christian music history for future generations. As an intern, Christian’s consistency, patience, and technical diligence have made him an invaluable part of our preservation process. His quiet excellence behind the scenes helps ensure that decades of music ministry are faithfully preserved and made ready to inspire and impact listeners for years to come.

John Paul Mains  |  Website Development Contributor

John Paul Mains brings extensive expertise in digital marketing, SEO, content strategy, and application development. He generously donated his services to redesign the ministry’s website, including all three radio stations and Christian Music Preservation®. His background in lead generation, email marketing, and consulting continues to support effective growth and outreach.

Dusty Rhodes  |  Foundational Strategic Advisor

 Dusty Rodes is a strategic leader with expertise in visionary planning, executive and staff mentoring, and nonprofit operations. He brings deep experience in fundraising strategy, donor relations, and marketing effectiveness, guiding organizations toward impactful and efficient growth. Dusty also contributed to developing the executive summary and case statement for Christian Music Preservation®, strengthening the ministry’s ability to share its vision and mission.

Jeramie Maxwell  |  Creative Design Contributor

Jeramie Maxwell brings a diverse background that includes national sales training with Bosch and serving as Director of Entertainment with AJ Michaels EnterTrainMent in Nashville, TN. A talented video, audio, and graphics creator, Jeramie designed the long-standing logos for Cape Christian Radio and Christian Life Radio. He has also introduced quality independent artists now featured on the ministry’s radio streams. Highly creative and forward-thinking, Jeramie is always ready to collaborate and share vision for the future.  Jeramie serves remotely from Murfreesboro, TN

Karole Davis |  Volunteer Strategy Advisor

Karole Davis is gifted in building meaningful relationships and connecting the needs of the hurting with the passions of donors and partners. Her career includes roles with Habitat for Humanity, Prison Fellowship, The Salvation Army, Praise FM, and Harry Chapin Food Bank. She has also volunteered her expertise with Christian Music Preservation® and its radio streams, helping develop a business and fundraising plan.

Art Ramos  |  Kingdom FM Owner & Ministry Supporter

Art Ramos is the President and CEO of Kingdom FM in Fort Myers, Florida, an international radio ministry with fully owned stations including Kingdom FM 102.1 in Kathmandu, Nepal, and an internet streaming station based in Malta, Southern Europe. He also owns Prime West Media, a media agency that purchases airtime on both television and radio.

From the very beginning, Art has been closely involved with the Christian Music Preservation Project, bringing in a team to help organize thousands of CDs. In addition to gifting a percentage of Kingdom FM’s share-a-thon, Art and Kingdom FM have personally supported the project over the years, also providing promotional airtime to feature Christian Music Preservation short videos on the big screen prior to the Kingdom FM Free Movie Nights in Southwest Florida.

Art resides in Bonita Springs, Florida.

Phill Shappard  |  Founding Board Member (Former) / Current Advisor

Phil Shappard is the former National Operations Manager for Moody Radio, where he oversaw national radio operations and the distribution of programs and network services. Committed to professional excellence, he provided strong leadership in building well-resourced and structured work environments. A former founding board member of our ministry, Phil continues to advise today, offering his expertise in the digitizing process for Christian Music Preservation®.

David & Rebeca Whitcomb  |  Technical, Research & Data Contributors

David and Rebeca Whitcomb are among the most practical, insightful, and engaging people you could meet. We first connected with them years ago during a Moody Radio short-term Navajo mission trip, and that relationship has continued ever since. Rebeca brings an extensive IT background from her work at a Florida college, while together they have generously donated laptops and desktops, provided statistical data for our stations, and offered ongoing research and counsel on all things technical. Volunteering virtually from their home in Lakeland, Florida, David and Rebeca continue to be a valued part of the ministry team.

James Nuznoff  |  Founding Board Member (Former) / Current Volunteer

James (Jim) Nuznoff and Ron Maxwell have shared a lifelong friendship that began as teenagers when they built a small backyard radio station and later worked together at MacDonald Broadcasting in Michigan. Jim was one of the founding board members of our ministry and continues to make himself available for volunteer work today. He also played a key role in maintaining the partnership between our ministry and TWR. Jim resides in Port Charlotte, Florida.

Genevieve Owyang – Strategic Marketing Advisor

Genevieve Owyang is a results-driven marketing executive with more than 20 years of experience driving growth for world-class brands. Currently serving as Vice President of Marketing for Fitbod, a leading fitness technology company, she oversees user growth, brand strategy, and market positioning through data-driven innovation and creative leadership.

Her career includes senior marketing roles at Realtor.com and other high-profile digital platforms, where she specialized in mobile app growth, user acquisition, and engagement strategy.

Genevieve brings to Community Net Vision a wealth of strategic insight, analytical strength, and a passion for helping purpose-driven organizations grow their impact through authentic communication and innovation.

Stephanie Fraschetti  |  Voiceover Contributor

Stephanie Fraschetti is a long-time host of Praise in the Morning on Kingdom FM in Fort Myers, Florida. A multi-talented broadcaster, worship leader, voice-over talent, writer, and independent recording artist, Stephanie brings both passion and excellence to everything she does. Over the years, she has graciously volunteered her voice work for our ministry radio streams, helping to share the message of faith and encouragement with countless listeners.

Jet Cheng – Intern

Jet Cheng serves as an intern with Community Net Vision, helping document and organizing key procedures that keep the ministry running smoothly. He develops clear, detailed instruction materials that guide how systems and workflows operate across departments. His documentation is also used in creating in-house training videos that support volunteer development and operational consistency. Jet’s thoughtful approach and commitment to excellence make him a valued part of the ministry’s ongoing mission to serve with clarity, efficiency, and faith-driven purpose.

In Memory of Bob Swatland

Since 2017, Bob Swatland faithfully served with the Christian Music Preservation Project, playing a vital role in organizing and cataloging more than 50,000 Christian songs during the ongoing digitization process. His remarkable organizational skills and keen attention to detail for preserving Christ-centered music helped lay a lasting foundation for future generations to experience songs of faith and hope. Bob’s servant’s heart and steadfast commitment continue to inspire our team as we carry on the mission he so faithfully supported. We are forever grateful for his life, his dedication, and the enduring legacy he leaves in preserving music that honors the Lord.

In Memory of Steve Swanson

Steve Swanson faithfully served in Christian radio for many years, most recently as Station Manager of WAFJ (Radio Training Network) in North Augusta, South Carolina, and previously as Program Director and afternoon host at JOY FM and KQCS Radio. A gifted broadcaster with professionalism and a servant’s heart, Steve graciously shared his voice and talents to support our streaming ministries whenever needed. He also donated his Christian music collection to the Christian Music Preservation® Project, ensuring that the songs he loved will continue to inspire future generations. We are deeply grateful for his life, his ministry, and the lasting impact he leaves for God’s glory.
